Juniors:

Tuesdays: 6-7pm @ Dunmow Leisure Centre

Thursdays: 7-8pm @ The New Primary School behind Tesco

Seniors:

Tuesdays: 8-10pm @ The Arts Centre, Haslers Yard

Thursdays: 8-10pm @ The New Primary School behind Tesco

We organise regular beginners' courses, but you don't need to wait for them. Just turn up wearing comfortable loose fitting clothes and you're away! Alternatively drop in on one of our training sessions to see us in action and have a chat.

Here, beginners can find the form they need to fill in to become licenced members of the British Karate Kyokushinkai (BKK).

If you have been a member of the BKK before, you need to fill in the 'Change in Circumstance' Form in order to renew your expired licence.
